Question 1

Do you offer financing for permanent outdoor lighting?

Accepted Answer

Ask about payment options at your free consultation. We keep payment simple and flexible, and we will walk through what fits your project.

Question 2

What warranty comes with TruLight permanent lighting?

Accepted Answer

Every TruLight installation includes a limited lifetime warranty on the lighting modules and control box: 100,000 hours, fixed at 11.4 years from installation. Full terms are at https://lodgelightingwi.com/warranty-terms.

Question 3

Is this just holiday lighting or can I use it year-round?

Accepted Answer

Year-round. RGBW LEDs let you run subtle warm-white accent lighting nightly, switch to one-tap holiday themes for any holiday, and add motion-activated security lighting all from the same install.

Question 4

How long does a TruLight install take?

Accepted Answer

Most homes are installed in a single day. Larger homes with multiple roof lines or extended runs may take a day and a half. We give you an exact install window during the walkthrough.

Question 5

Will the lights damage my fascia, soffit, or roofline?

Accepted Answer

No. The track is mounted under the fascia or soffit using techniques designed not to compromise your roofline. Lights are nearly invisible during the day and removable without leaving permanent damage.

Question 6

Can I control TruLight from my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The TruLight app gives you full control over colors, scenes, schedules, and motion-activated security mode. You can also voice-control through smart home integrations.

Question 7

Accepted Answer

Question 8
